Diamonds in the Rough is Workforce Network, Inc.’s annual fundraising event celebrating the determination, talent, and potential within our community. Generously sponsored by the Dr. Julia Kellcy Foundation, Par 3 Aesthetics & Wellness, and High Cotton River Retreat, the event supports programs that help individuals build skills, overcome barriers, and move toward lasting stability and meaningful employment. Through an evening of connection, entertainment, and giving, Diamonds in the Rough brings together community members and partners who believe in building brighter futures across the Highland Lakes region.
