Kelly Lofton brings a thoughtful blend of clinical expertise and deep compassion to her work, shaped by her experience as a pediatric oncology nurse. In that role, she supported children and families through some of their most challenging moments, providing skilled care and steady, heartfelt support.
Her time in pediatric oncology reinforced the importance of meeting people where they are—a principle that continues to guide her approach today. Kelly is known for earning trust quickly, advocating with determination, and approaching every situation with professionalism, empathy, and creative problem‑solving.

Rochelle Morgan
Rochelle Morgan brings over 13 years of experience in workforce development, offering a depth of knowledge and consistency that make her an invaluable part of the team. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to helping individuals navigate pathways to employment, while also supporting employers in building a strong and reliable workforce.
Known for her steady and dependable approach, Rochelle provides a calm, thoughtful presence in every situation. She has a strong ability to assess needs, build meaningful relationships, and follow through with care and precision—ensuring that both participants and partners feel supported every step of the way.
Her long-standing dedication to the workforce field reflects not only her expertise, but also her genuine commitment to creating opportunities that lead to lasting success. Whitney Goble
Whitney Goble is the newest member of the Workforce Network team, bringing a dynamic blend of marketing expertise, branding strategy, and nonprofit leadership experience. With a strong background in crafting compelling messaging and building meaningful connections, Whitney is passionate about telling stories that elevate mission-driven work and inspire community engagement.
Her experience in the nonprofit sector has given her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities organizations face, allowing her to approach her work with both creativity and purpose. Whitney has a talent for translating complex ideas into clear, impactful communications that resonate with diverse audiences, while strengthening organizational identity and visibility.
CECE GOAD
Cece serves as Program Coordinator for both Getting Ahead in a Just Gettin’ By World and R Rules, where she brings a thoughtful, trauma-informed approach to both adult and youth programming.
With a background as a Certified Yoga Therapist, Cece integrates mindfulness, emotional awareness, and practical tools into her work, helping participants build resilience and confidence as they navigate challenges. Deeply committed to sustainable change, Cece is a passionate advocate for trauma-informed care and believes in meeting individuals where they are; with empathy, respect, and authenticity.
Her calm presence and intentional approach create a supportive environment where participants feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
