COORDINATORS
Kelly, Rochelle, Whitney & Cece are our Coordinators and they play a vital role in connecting workforce development with real-world industry needs. They work closely with employer and sector partners to identify current labor market demands, emerging trends, and the skills most needed across key industries.
By maintaining strong relationships with local businesses, educational partners and training providers, our coordinators help ensure that programs remain relevant, responsive, and aligned with employer expectations. Their work helps bridge the gap between training and employment, creating clear pathways for individuals to enter and succeed in high-demand careers.
CASE MANAGERS
Anthony, Casey & Jennifer are our Case Managers. They provide essential support and wraparound services to participants throughout their journey in the program. They work one-on-one with individuals to help identify barriers, set goals, and connect them with the resources they need to stay on track and move forward.
From navigating personal challenges to accessing community services, training support, and career guidance, our Case Managers are there every step of the way. Their role is to ensure participants feel supported, empowered, and equipped to successfully complete the program and transition into meaningful employment opportunities.
