Before applying to nursing school, it’s important to understand that being “ready” involves more than just interest—it’s about meeting specific requirements. Your path to nursing starts with the right pre-requisites. If you are 18 or older and live or work in Burnet, Llano, or Blanco County, this program may be a great next step toward your future in nursing.

STEP 3: prep questionnaire
The next step is to fill out the Pre-nursing Readiness & Education Program (PREP) Questionnaire. This form helps us gather important information to determine your eligibility for the program.
Every section is required. Once your form is submitted, one of our healthcare coordinators will review your responses and reach out to you directly. Please give us up to 72 hours to respond.
